Gaggenau gas burner will not light but can be lit with a match and then does not detect flame and goes out: If there is a spark and the burner doesn't light but can be lit with a match and then goes out try again and see if flame comes from the tiny core burner, next to the spark electrode, in the center. If there is no flame in the center, then the central conduit is blocked and not sending gas, the tiny central core burner does not get hot and the flame detector is not activated so the detector cuts off the gas. Use a compressed and blow out the conduit; you will probably see a few droplets of water come out; that's enough cause this odd problem.
if there is no spark, the link is appropriate. If there is a spark and it still does not light try to light with a match. If it lights but no flame comes from the tiny core burner then the central conduit is block, not sending gas, the tiny central cory burner does not get hot and the falme detector is not activated so the detector cuts off the gas.if there is no spark, the link is appropriate.
