I have a Gateway t-6330u laptop. It has just stopped working. It will turn on but says disk read error and when I try to use the factory default recovery cd, it progresses past the system disk and asks me to put in the 1st recovery cd and when I do, nothing happens. I can leave it up for hours and the progress stays at 0%. I've tried everything and can't get it to work.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
