We purchased the Gator from a co-worker in like new condition. I only replaced the tires since they where worn. I saw the gator run in driveways only but if performed well. It wasn't until we gave it to the granddaugher to run in our front yard grass that we discovered its lack of power. After a recharge overnight we tried again with no luck, it won't even pull our smallest child. It wasn't until I looked at a wiring diagram that I noticed 2 motors in the gator, but only one rear tire turns when the pedal in pressed. Should both wheels turn at the same time? Or is the battery not taking a full charge and need replacing?
