I managed to jam our Velobind System 2. There is a document in the binding position, with the stabilizer bar locked in the down position, and another document stuck in the hold punch, with the punch engaged. That document is the culprit, as it was too thick to punch, and now the system is jammed and I can't get my documents out. I've tried to pull off the panel on the top and peek around, but there's nothing of use back there. Don't want to get into a bigger disassemble unless I have to...
