I have recently started having problems with the self cleaning cycle of this unit. The Oven Door Lock switch is working properly along with all visual indicator lamps and thermal locks but only the lower element turns on. I then thought the problem might be the upper element and therefore tried the broil cycle and noticed that the upper element was only getting half the voltage to that of lower element, (115V verses 230 volts). I would assume that both elements would run off of the same voltage? All fuses are also fine. Any ideas? Thanks
