Dishwasher does not pump water OUT of unit. Unit functions well in all cycles, pump is working, water does circulate during cycles. I have removed strainers, cleaned sump and internal and external filters/strainers. Also inserted 1/4 tube (completely) through discharge hose. ANY IDEAS ??
