Mate.4 years no use?Get the WD40 out and start spraying everything that moves.Let it sit and then do it all again.You can't use too much.Cast alloys will always "soak" in salt etc.It will then come out and seize up any moving parts.Just be patient and keep spraying and moving the parts to help the WD work it's way in.Hope this helps you
