Report "Gearhead KB3800 stopped responding after a few weeks. changed battery, tried different computers and nothing. Company is no help whatsoever. Device manager does not flag problem with device. syspect issue with kb itself. perhaps not syncing. This is the second one. The first one stopped working after a week so was able to return to local store. thanks"
