I received this motor home with a 3500 watt inverter/battery charger wired in directno breaker creating an instant voltage drawso it was drawing power the instant power was available either shore or generator. Now generator isn t producing any power.I get 5.7 volts on the wires coming from the stator.help please

Have the unit checked by an authorized generator repair shop
if it was operating when shore power came back on there is every possibility that the generator or inverter has been damaged from the lack of synchronization of the sine wave
