I haven't used the shampoo facility of the George for a long time (c. 8 yrs!) so am a little unsure of the correct procedure. I can detach the spray tube from the george (by pulling the black plastic part and then pulling out the tube connector.) When I try to do the same to the upholstery spray extraction nozzzle no joy. The black plastic part pulls back but that's as far as it gets.
