I recently took over a case with a customer that a 32 camera system w/2 pc's (each with Geovision 650 - 800[s] cards). We will be replacing the dead system, however the 2nd computer had a bad power supply and video card (NOT the geovision card).

We replaced the PS and video card and the system boots up fine in safe mode, but it didn't detect the Geovision card until we switched slots. Then I had to reinstall all the Geovision card components again. Now in safe mode PV800 (the software they are using), comes up with a KeyPro error (acting like the card isn't installed) - and I still cannot boot to windows normally.

Everything I read said that the system would automatically reboot if it didn't detect at least one camera - however I brought the system on-site and plugged in the camera(s) and it still won't boot normally.

Suggestions?
