I had to restore windows XP to what it was at the initial installation. So I backed up my entire computer using my Maxtor external hard drive 300GB. However, after following the directions, Retrospect did not list any restore points for me to recover my data from the Maxtor. I look at my back-up drive and I see the data there ... but the newly installed retrospect does not recognize the list.
Need help!

U have to use a power data recovey software to recover all your data
