The monitor is not detecting a signal from your video output. The video circuit may be blown. If it is a plug in card, try re-seating the card in the slot. Make sure your cable is seated good and there are no problems with it. If you have another monitor, you might try it. If the video circuit is part of the mother board you may have to get a new one. If not on maintenance, you could try buying a plug in video card. May have to reset your BIOS settings to let the system know you are switching to a plug in card.
