By far the most common fault with Android tablets and in many cases there is no fix which is disgraceful... Its called a Boot loop caused by too many apps memory consumption, os or bootblock corruption - press the reset button (its a small pin hole usually on the back of the tablet) with a pin If that doesnt work switch on and press the power and up volume buttons You will be in recovery mode Select recover system then reboot You can also load a new os from an sdcard -cyanogenmod - google it. If that doesnt work then i am afraid you are in deep - you will have to attach to your pc with usb cable , download and run the android dev kit and use the command line to sideload or repair the tablet. You will probably find you can still browse you files but the OS is hosed - Difficult if not impossible to fix without a factory reflash/reload.
