If you do not print on a regular basis (at least once a week), your print head will get clogged. You can try going to "print preferences", find the tab named "maintenance", then check the "head cleaning" option. Just follow the instructions. You might have to do this several times in order to achieve a good quality print. Also, bear in mind that cleaning the print head uses a lot of ink. Hope that helps!
