I am not a repair professional. I am just a 78 year old man who has been making his own repairs for about 50 years. Therefore the washer ID doesn't mean anything to me. It's been about 55 years since I had experience with front load washers. However I can suggest you go to www.applianceaid.com where they have very good trouble shooting and repair nformation on front loaders. I think you'll find what you need there. You can search for the meaning of the error code on the site.Don't worry about the timer, they hardly ever go bad. Good luck with it. If I have helped you, please rate my advice on fixya.
The Control Lock is a safety feature that allows the consumer to lock the control panel to prevent small children from manipulating the controls. It can inadvertently be set following a power outage, or by leaning against the control panel. It cannot be defeated by unplugging the appliance. The following link explains how to turn the feature on/off:
These instructions are printed on the front panel of the appliance and in the owner's manual. If this does not correct your problem, then you may have a more serious problem than a simple operator control issue. If you need further assistance, please let me know. I hope this corrects the problem for you.
