Glo Warm propane heater started to go out. I blew out the pilot with air compressor. It is staying on, but the middle burner in back of the pilot light is flaming a little above the brick. The other ones are just getting red like their suppose to. Do I have a problem?

Sounds like when you blew heater out with air compressor you moved brick so flame isn't hitting bottom of brick like they should. You should try and put brick back on top of flame so that you don't get to much heat on the refractory of the heater. The refractory will take the heat for awhile then refractory will start to break down. Then you will either have to install new refractory or replace heater
