Goes into limp mode computer says imobiliser fault 1630 but this is not problem.fuel lift pump has bean replaced,engine and gear box are fine any help would be accepted, thankyou unhappy merc owner.

The best $100 dollars I ever spent car repairing is a OBDII scanner. This lets you diagnose your own problem. Even if you can't fix it you can direct your mechanic. I am not familiar with code 1630 on your Mercedes.
