Good afternoon I have been on hold having dialled the number for spare parts (08714742614)for 22 minutes. All I am geting is "your call is imoportant to us, please hold" I am wondering how much longer I have to hold and how much this call is costing me. Can you please let me know if I am wasting my time or not Many thanks Tony

Hi Tony, Believe me I have been in this situation many times, very frustrating. Make sure you are calling during there normal business hours and days as you will get this recording 24/7. I don't believe you are wasting you're time as I have been on hold much longer. They should offer an 800 toll free number to call.If not, I believe you are not being charged for the call, and when you do get through, I would definitely bring this to there attention!
