Report "Good day, I have an older model Raytheon autopilot system aboard a sailing yacht, currently in Guyana, South America. During maintenance, a floorboard trapped and ripped the fluxgate compass wiring downward, snapping the fine wiring loom leading from the wire ends to the fluxgate. I dismantled the unit and currently have an electronics guy trying to rejoin the loom, but I realise now I have forgotten which way up that metal gate (horseshoe?) goes when re-assembling.
