Good day! My fargo hdp5000 printer is not transferring image in full on the card. Card image attached. The white space above the card is suppose to be filled with the blue background. Thanks

Go to printing preferences of your hdp printer and click on the toolbox button under card tab then click advance settings tab and find the TRANSFER TOF and set the actual digits to -50. Click apply and ok.
The first thing I would try is to print a sample alignment or sample photo card directly from printer's control panel by scrolling through the menu options. If the built-in alignment and photo cards print normally, then I'd look at what software you're using to print the cards.
The recommended software for all Fargo printers is Asure ID. That software, like other ID-card printing software, is designed so that the default card size is for a "CR80" sized card, and therefore also print margins are at 0 (top, bottom, left & right). If using software other than that specifically geared for production of ID cards, you may have to adjust the card-size, margins, or both.
If the alignment and photo cards have the same issue when printing, then I would download the Fargo Workbench utility program from the HID Global website, and then reset all printer advanced settins to default values, then perform both ribbon & film calibrations. If these don't improve your situation, contact your Fargo dealer for service or further support.

Check to see if the printer setup is set for paper that uses a tear-off part at the top of the photo paper. It can be turn off.
