Good Day.What does the law say if a debt counselling institution charges a client the after care fees(February & March) 6 months later of terminating services,how do you deal with the matter?
I was under NDA and I decided to terminate their services as they were drowning me even further, then on the month I decided to do transition that's when they reminded me of their aftercare fees I must pay before I terminate, I contacted NCR and I received no joy given run-around, NDA demanded their money in September whereas they claim the aftercare fees were for February & March. Who can I contact as these institutions exploit the poor due to lack of knowledge about the law and their rights, please advise.
