Good Morning! I live in Portugal and have a Moto Guzzi Quota 1100 Es manufactured in 1998, and it's the only one existing here in Portugal. This Bike ECU has the following reference IAW15M-AO 147-98 12V. I've been experiencing many troubles with this moto between 3000 and 4000, I keep on putting it to repair and many parts have been change in trying to fix this problem, but no results. This bike ECU has been connected to diagnostic software by the official representative of Moto Guzzi here in Portugal and the diagnostic computer doesn't find any ECU. Moto Guzzi Oficial representative, when trying to make the test claim this happened because the ECU is not programable and there fore the computer can not connect. Their suggestion is that the ECU is not in conditions and should be replaced. I read on "This old Tractor" web site that Moto Guzzi Quota 1100 Es ECU until year 200 ware are replaced, what I believe it didn't happened to mine. I would really apreciate if you could help me on this. And why doesn't the machine recognises this ECU? Who should I adress or what should I do. Thank you very much for your attention. Kind Regards
