Google requires a High definition video processor to replicate Google Earth photos. The resolution needs to be approximately 1600 Pixels x 1200 Pixels or greater. You can get an inexpensive Color Card from TigerDirect.Com, plug it into the slot on the motherboard and attach your monitor to it. If you can get HD resolution 1900 Pixels plus, the visuals are excellent.
