Got a chipped virgin samsung smt2110c box. I tried it for 1st time yesterdy and it is stuck on ap52. The virgin media page comes up and stays there. can anyone help please

I have a b n st i box samsung smt 2110c box with smartcard but can not get it working i have one box in my front room this second box is going in my dinning room it dose not mater what i do ican not get itworking.
Your signal is down your box will probably be ok but you will find there is a problem with the main junction box
