Got a jumbo remote no name brand that doesn't list the code for an rca dvd player
All the other components work, tv, sat but just not the rca dvd player bought the rmote from fred's and it was made in china no brand name anywhere on it

If there is a manual for the remote their might be a scan mode in the manual but not all remotes are compatible with certian devices
