OK now I'm gonna show you how to do a hard reset again turn the unit off you should always use the power key never just flip the main power switch to off then press and hold the plus minus key as well as the power key let go of the power key keep holding plus minus until the warning screen comes up in a hard reset your going to delete all data on this year it's gonna be like we just bought it went to the store and bought it and cam home with know data whatsoever no settings nothing OK I warning screen has came up we can let go of her buttons and press except start demo.
