Hey, I have nexter x3-01 gps not working when I turn on it shows similer windows like computer expect it has program, favourites, documents, setting, run, and suspend under Starts menu and My device, Version show, and recycle bin on the desktop, I dont know wher to get the software to reset it. I have tried Nexter.com but not much help is there. Pls Help
