Gps wont pick up satilites

was working fine untill warning read signal lost now it no longer picks up satilites tried all suggesrtions in owners manual removed unit and re-installed and reset to factory setting still not receiving signals

Make sure all the connections at the back of the unit are tight. If it still doesn't respond try a new puck.
