Unfortunately the catridge wiring is now broken. As the wires are extremely fine you will need to take the microphone in to a repair shop. They may be able to resolder the wires but it is more likely that they will replace the entire cartridge with a new one.

Beat the grandkids until they learn not to mess with grandpa's awesome microphone!
(then take the mic in to get repaired as the other guy said)
