Graphics Problem im not sure.. it was working fine before and then one day it decided to shut off.. everytime i attach my graphics card, the cpu wont turn on..its just been a couple months use.. its brand new., i think my video card has a problem or, did i miss any special configuration? because when i bought the cpu the video card is included. so i dont know if you shoud configure something in the bios for you to run this video card..thanks for the replies

If you're downloading games, clean your system. Viruses, malware & spyware. Clean the registry. Install protection against these types of junk ans reinstall the card, along with any software that came with it. It should run okay. There are a lot of junk tags that come along with a lot of downloaded programs, especially games.
Some of the video cards require extra power from the power supply and come with a PC E connector I am not sure weather this is your case or not but I sure would look into it if i were you.
