I think standart filled with its the expensive Turmopol oil but there are also much cheaper lubrications also by Hilti to get for this fabulous tool. I think the SAE 20-20 its fast the same like Turmopol hd20 the price is much higher of the original Hilti Turmopol maybe by special dopes in the oil. If its leaking water in front of the bearing replace always all oilseals and gaskets in the front of the tool much more is most case not neccesary.

For comparison motul fork oil gravity 15deg-0.872/visc 100deg-8.1cst/visc 40deg-68cst/visc index-100/pour point (-18 deg)/flash point (207deg). If the motul reading almost identical with turmopol we should give it a try.
