Your site says apprx 1hr however my kids were cold her in scotland also no hot water,, several hours later i googled the manual and bobs yer uncle ..it was fixed to much condinsation due to the weather being -5deg
so apprx 20min to fix it was sort of easy,, so i never got an answer back from you so service not provided ,,please insert paypal payment back in to
my account ..thanks george
