Greetings. Running QB Pro 2007 for Mac. When opening company file, a duplicate file is somehow created and now I have my two bookkeepers' work amongst too many files. How did this happen and how to fix???

Delete your existing sync depot and create a new one. Then create a new blank customer manager database on each users computer and then sync them to the new depot. That will make the file duplication stop.
