GTS18WC refrigerator freezer very cold but the lower part of the refrigerator is not very cold. I tried to turn up the temp but no luck. Seems that the hold on the lower part of the refrigerator is clogged with ice and the possible the drain clogged. What is the solution

This is an easy fix. The air duct that allows the cool air into the lower portion has frozen over. You can do this one of three ways.
1- if you are mechanically inclined then you can remove all the contents from the freezer and remove the back panel. Then you can clear the ice with a hair drier.
2- If removing parts is not up your alley then you can just use a hair dryer and allow the air to flow up the opening in the lower portion on the rear roof. This will also thaw the ice.
3- If either of these are not feasible then you can simply un-plug the unit for about six hours. This will thaw it as well. Be sure to store your food in an ice chest though.
