The only thing I can think of which will take out all of those instruments (and nothing else) is fuse 6 in the centre fuse box. Ordinarily, you would expect therefore to see a fuse fail icon on the dash (the 'lightning flash') but I guess with that fuse #6 out you get none of the warning icons on the display either?
Check the fuse electrically as well as visually and also the condition of the fuse holder in the centre box. It has been known for a bad solder joint at the back of the fuse holder to cause such problems when the fuse itself checks out OK. With the ignition switched 'ON' you should get battery voltage from that fuse position.
