I hope this helps you guy's. I have the same problem with 2001 sebring conv. in really cold weather. There is a black pull out circuit breaker on the top row of fuse box inside the car. I just pull that out for about 10 seconds and push it back and everything comes back to normal. It only pulls out about an 1/8th on an inch, but it resets everything on my dash cluster. The breaker looks like a fuse pulling tool that comes factory in most cars. I found this out by pure accident one day.

Sounds like you have a burnt out fuse for your dash lights. just check and replace if necessary.
