GWL11 washer when I have it on softener rinse cycle, it gets to the rinse cycle and then it sits there and then I get 3 green lights that blink and beeps and then it stops Regular wash it seems to work fine.

Has the dispenser section for softener got bunged up? It sounds as if the machine thinks no softener is added and has put machine on hold.
