Had battery and alt tested. They are good. But the battery place said that there is something else draining battery and it isn't a light. Is there something I can do to check or have to take it somewhere?

That depends on your level of mechanical experience. A mechanic would check each circuit with a test light or meter to find the voltage drain. It could be a relay, short to ground, or a long list of things.
You would also need a wiring diagram for the car or truck.
