Had too much r134a in 2010 civic, then STOPPED working. Is it Thermal expansion valve?
Took pressure down from HIGH SIDE (was 150 in red), low went down to 35 lbs, won't run. Compressor clutch won't engage, WAS working fine BEFORE refrigerant ADDED.
