Haier 42EP24S, no screen, YSUS fuse blown, red light flashes one
I have a Haier 4EP24S Plasma Monitor (NO TUNER). This unit was not working when I bought it used. I took it home and researched the problems. As indicated, I checked all fuses and they tested good, then I found one mention of troubleshooting by re-seating all connectors on all boards. I did that and it worked immediately upon power up. I have used it for several weeks now and have been quite happy with it, but just a week ago, it went black.
This time it appears to be another common, as others mentioned, the screen remains black, relays click twice on power-on and indicator shows solid blue light. relays click once on power down and indicator shows solid red. This time, I checked all fuses and found a blown YSUS fuse. I replaced the fuse, but now light goes from solid blue to one red flash - of course...still no picture.
It seems the solution is to replace YSUS board, but do I need the entire repair kit, YSUS?
Any help would be appreciated, I don't have the service manual so I could use a copy of that as well if anyone is so inclined and generous. I humbly ask the forum for assistance, as you were 100% effective the last time I had a problem with this set.
Thank you.

I'm sure you can find a Service Manual for this on line but there would be a cost for it. I wouldn't doubt you could find it for under $20.00.
I believe one of two things are going on with this unit.
If a fuse went then it's drawing too much voltage. The biggest thoughts is that there are some capacitors that are going bad, 'aren't keeping the charge they are suppose too.' Many times you can see on the top of capacitors bubbled/popped up. Normally they should be flat. This is the first thing I would check. NOTE: Their voltage and rating are printed on their side. But please also note they have a negative (-) and positive ( +) lead to them.
Good things to look over!
