I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you have a bad LCD panel TAB. But I would suggest you try what KALANDEBUSK suggested. I have the same issue..it auto coorects in its own after a certain period of time - 20 - 30 mins later. Is the LCD simply going bad? Can this be repaired?

possible loose connection. reseat all cables inside tv
