You have a problem with your locking mechanism I've posted my How to repair many time on this site but you can email me on [email protected] and I'll send you a copy as a word doc compete with pictures. But first try LUBRICATING On the inside of the handles where the handle joins the plastic hub there's a slot in the plastic. In the slot you'll see a wire rod. Spray it with silicon lubricant till it starts to drip out the hub than work the release button repeatedly then wipe down with a rag.
