The handset that was on my home base (#1)is not working. I can put the other 2 handsets on the base and they do work so the problem is not the base itself but the handset #1. Handset #1 has a display on the screen so I do not believe it is the battery. I can answer the phone and hear the person on the other end but they cannot hear me. What may be wrong? Also, I would like to purchase one more handset with charging base. Where can I get this? my # 2 handset is totally dead. Where can I buy a replacement .
