I tried the hold down button underneath fader 5, utility, and whatever other button I was told to press while powering on, and I did get to a new screen. However, that screen is frozen, just as the initial power-up screen is frozen. I have read of other people having this same problem, but I have not read if they ever found a solution. Thanks!
