Hard starting and fuel leakage
Must prime vehicle in order for it to start properly. Hard starting after it's been sitting for a while. After any significant amount of gas is put into the vehicle (1/2 tank or more) the vehicle will leak a good amount of fuel from underneath the rear passenger door.

I also have 03 s60 and having hard starting prob. Checked online and there's a recall on bad fuel pumps - ID # 47035 and Engine cooling recall ID# 26278 so go to your volvo dealer and have them fix this recall for free. I'll be going tues. - just saw these recalls today. As for the leak, let them take a look at it and ask for a quote then shop online for better deals. Good luck
