While trying to download/copy photos from a folder in My Pictures, error message appeared that Pandigital memory was full and could not proceed. Then tried to remove some of the files from the Pandigital drive before trying to copy again, error message that there was a "hardware error with a string of numbers following. Since then, my PC won't recognize the Pandigital. When I plug in the USB, 3 removable drives appear, but are not recognized by the PC. Message back is: please insert a disk into drive.
I'm working in Windows XP SP 2. I suspect the "firmware" now has a fault in it. Is this correctable? How
