Harmon Kardon AVR 235 no sound
I have a Harmon/Kardon AVR 235 Multi-Channel Receiver. The problem with the receiver is that it powers on and all functions work, but no volume comes out. All functions work except there is no volume. Help me to figure this out. What are the possible problems and fixes? Thank you for any help.

Ensure that your speakers are connected to the terminals that you have your speaker selector switch turned to.
Then check that you have your device, whether it be a CD or DVD player, or turntable, plugged into the correct input and that you also have the correct input selected on the receiver.
