Has a beautiful picture, but all of a sudden there is no sound. It was working one minute and the next it wasn't. I use the cable remote to operate the tv, not the tv remote. What should I do?
It was working perfectly and all of a sudden it stopped. The TV is operated with the cable box remote, not the Honeywell remote. I have always operated it with the cable remote without any problems. What is possibly going on?

Check whether the audio is muted by accidental press at remote control button. Enter its sound menu, and check it. If muted, as you know there will be no audio output. If not muted, check the speaker/s. If found OK; check and replace the damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit board. If needy, replace this board as card basis.
