Hauk infinity reversible pushchair, swivel wheels won't swivel
I inherited this pushchair and have found that the front 'swivel' wheels frequenlty get stuck and do not swival smoothly at all. Could this just be a matter of needing a spray of oil? Is there anything I can do to salvage this pushchair which is in otherwise excellent condition?

Don't use WD40. WD40 Attracts dirt. Use Silicon Spray it is much better at lubricating moving joints.
Removed the wheels and gave a little spray of WD40 lubricant, the wheels swivel perfectly now - very easy!
